• 2.1. Inform each other about the status of the tasks.
• 2.2. Create a project plan.
• 2.3. Discuss ranking system.
• 2.4. Review Requirement Analysis draft.

3. Discussion

• 3.1. Everybody gave verbal report to other team members about the status of their tasks for week #3.
• 3.2. Project plan first draft is created.
  • 3.2.1 According to the tips given in customer meeting, fundamental headlines are determined for project plan.
  • 3.2.1 Project Libre project management tool is learned and used to create the project plan.
  • 3.2.2 Structure of the project plan is created. Plan is divided into two main pieces: 352 and 451 parts.
  • 3.2.3 Milestones are specified according to Requirements.
• 3.3 Ideas about the ranking system shared. We concluded that thinking too complex into the details of the ranking would not benefit us. Ranking system will be considered further on Meeting #4.
• 3.4 Created project plan draft is shared with everyone.
