Scenario 2
- Pam Beasly is a receptionist in Dunder Mifflin Paper Company Inc.
- She is interested in drawing and draws in her free time.
- She also enrolls in an art school.
- She wants to be professional in art but doesn't have opportunity to do it.
- Her co-worker Jim Halpert discovers Artopia, where people can share her artworks with many people including professional artists and also can make money by selling artworks through this platform. He makes a surprise for her and signs up with her name.
- By the support of Jim, Pam decides to share her artworks by online this platform.
Being a registered user, she logs into her account and adds her newest work with detailed information. Then, she receives an offer for that art item, which she accepts.
- Pam already has an account.
1. Pam, who wants to leave his boring job behind and focus on original works of art, opens the site she is already a member of and is once again enchanted by the beauty of the site's interface.
2. After logging into the system and navigating to her profile page, she immediately gets to work introducing her latest work of art to her followers. She clicks on "Upload" button on her profile page and starts describing her beautiful artwork. She uploads the item to the system. She enters the title, description, selects category and adds tags to make it easier for people to find her work. Finally, after describing her work with her own words she posts her item to the system.
3. She can view the art item just uploaded on her profile. By clicking on it, she goes to the art item page. She clicks on "Put On Sale" button under the art item image in order to get offers from other users. She enters a minimum price and clicks on "Send". Then, she waits for the offers.
4. While Pam is surfing on the Artopia, offers from other users are made for the item. Pam enters her profile again to go to the art item to see if any offers are made. There are 3 offers waiting for her answer.
5. User with the username "worldsbestboss",who is also Pam's boss in Dunder Mifflin made the offer with the higher price than the others to her item! Also, left a comment on that art item.
6. Pam is touched by the comment of his boss and accepts his offer directly.
- She manages to log into her account. (Requirement 1.1.1.2.)
- User manages to upload a new art item with her specific requirements which are title, description, category and tags. (Requirement 1.1.4.3.x.)
- After uploaded the art item, she puts on sale the item by providing minimum price. (Requirement 1.2.4.2.)
- She views the comments of bidders if there are any and the offers under the art item image and manages to accept the offer. Status of artitem changes to SOLD. (Requirement 1.2.4.5., Requirement 1.2.4.8., Requirement 1.2.4.9., Requirement 1.2.4.14., Requirement 1.2.4.15., Requirement 1.2.4.16.)
* 1.1.1.2. Users shall be able to log in to the application using their credentials, (username or e-mail), and password.
* 1.1.4.3. Registered users shall be able to upload and share art items.
* 1.1.4.3.1. Registered users shall be able to specify the category of the art item they upload.
* 1.1.4.3.2. Registered users shall be able to add a title to the art item they upload.
* 1.1.4.3.3. Registered users shall be able to add tag(s) to the art item they upload.
* 1.1.4.3.4. Registered users shall be able to add a description to the art item they upload.
* 1.2.4.2. The system shall provide the regisered(level 1) users the option to open their (unsold) items for sale; by specifying minimum price.
* 1.2.4.5. Registered users shall be able to receive offers for their art items that are open for sale.
* 1.2.4.8. The system shall provide the registered user with the opportunity to either accept or decline an offer for their art item.
* 1.2.4.9. In the case that an offer is accepted for an art item, the item's status shall be changed to sold by the system.
* 1.2.4.14. The system should keep records of all the bids on an item.
* 1.2.4.15. The system should provide the seller with the ability to view a list of previous bids on a specific art item that is (or was) on sale, with sorting options according to date.
* 1.2.4.16. The system should provide the seller and the buyer, a medium of communication via comments.
