Agenda

1. Initial division of team members into three teams: Backend, Frontend and Mobile.
2. Discussion about possible languages and frameworks to be used.
3. Brief discussion about our conventions and creation of a wiki page to document them.
4. Project plan re-examination and brainstorming.
5. Requirements review task distribution.
6. Initial ideas about customer questions.
7. Planning the next online meeting to revise requirements/project planning altogether.

Discussion

1. Brief presentation of some of our requirements to the TA. Also asked some of our questions to her such as the requirements about annotation.
2. Each member is assigned to a team (BE, FE or MOBILE). Please keep in mind these assignments are tentative and number of developers for each team might change in the future.
3. Discussed possible languages/frameworks to use.
4. Briefly talked about the documentation of our conventions (especially the rules regarding the issue templates).
5. Brainstormed about our project plan. Decided to hold an online meeting in the same week to discuss the result of our reviews in detail. Date of the meeting is determined to 16/10/22 @18.00 Sunday.
6. Decided to update the already existing wiki page for Questions & Answers to add new questions.
7. Stated that everyone MUST read the requirements and remind themselves of what we've discussed previously. Additionally, distributed specific review tasks to the teams of 2 or 3 people for each subtitle of our requirements.

Please notice that review and revise are used with very different meanings below. Review simply corresponds to reading and remembering our requirements and project planning (a passive activity), whereas revise stands for updating/correcting the requirement or project plan in a more active way.

Although we briefly discussed about them, date of the team meetings and tech stack will be determined in the next week.
