Release Notes

Major items done are:

• Cutting a class now creates a history entry
• Fixed bug where once text placed on diagram it could not be moved
• Fixed bug -- Selecting text should display red boundary
• Removed obsolete in-line help; Now point to wiki
• License from changed from LGPL to GPL
• Lots of internal work to isolate the data model and graphical model in anticipation of Release 7.0.0
