Release Notes 8.0.0

This release concentrated on upgrading pyut's kryponite, sequence diagrams. They are cleaned up for now as editting various element now correctly works. Additonally, pushed through a new Ogl default preference for text elements. Finally, Pyut now correctly honors a new preference call start up directory. This allows the designer to place his diagrams in a specific directory and have Pyut easily locate them.

Behavior Change

• Pyut no longer allows multiple instances
• Pyut does not support dark mode, yet. This is not really a change, I am just documenting
