osu! hitobjects may be partially cut off if gameplay area is scaled #5353

Describe the bug:

Hitcircles and sliders on certain maps get cut off when gameplay area is scaled down in the settings.

Solving this could also solve approach circles getting cut off as well. (Happens on any map.)

Apologies in advance if this issue duplicate or already known.

Hmm, not sure if this is a bug or correct behaviour. Will require some thinking about how we want to handle these cases.

Might be worth noting that this also applies to spinners in the default skin:
